Artists Rx: Responses During COVID-19

Visit the Reedy Gallery at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum to explore the pandemic through the eyes of contemporary Minnesota artists!

With audiences isolating at home, venues shuttered and events canceled, the pandemic ushered in an eerie, unprecedented time. However, this did not stop artists from creating. The artworks in this exhibition – many rooted in nature, others finding inspiration from the built environment – are joined by the desire to find connection and joy often amidst isolation and fear.

The Reedy Gallery is happy to host these contemporary Minnesota artists Mary Calengor, Susan Davies, Leanne Hanson, Katy Noun and Darren Terpstra in a compelling show that brings hope through the profoundly human act of creating.

This event is free with a ticket/reservation to visit the Arboretum. Tickets to the Arboretum are $15 for non-member and free for Arboretum members and children ages 15 and younger. Make reservations to visit the Arboretum online before you visit -- reservations and tickets are not available at the gate.
