Frenatae Honey Sale

December 2, 2016
10:30am to 3:30pm

The 2016 Frenatae Honey Sale will take place this year during November 30 - December 2 from 10:30am to 3:30pm, in both the the Natural Resources Library in Hodson Hall and in the St. Paul Student Center (lower level).

We have a very delicious batch of honey this year! If you would like to place a preorder for some honey (available in 12oz bears of 5lb jugs), please fill out the form attached here, which is also available on our website.

Completed preorder forms can be emailed to, placed in the Frenatae preorder box in 230 Hodson Hall, or mailed to the address listed on the form. We will be accepting preorders up until November 25th. Payment, in the form of a check payable to Frenatae, must be received by November 29th, and can be placed in the box as well or mailed to the address on the form.

If we receive your payment by the 29th, we will set aside the honey for you and you can pick it up outside the Natural Resources Library anytime during the sale. If we experience honey-limitation, we will fill orders in the order we receive them.

In addition to delicious honey, we will also be selling the 2017 Frenatae calendar and insect art notecards (both featuring original artwork by our students), beeswax candles in a variety of designs, and mealworm lollipops. We are not accepting preorders for these, but they will be available during the sale at both locations.

Thank you again for supporting Frenatae! All proceeds from the sale will go to fund the many activities we organize for entomology students & the broader community, including our public outreach program, invited guest speakers, skill-building workshops, professional networking opportunities, and more.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any additional questions!
