Visions from the Land: A Celebration

Saturday, March 18, 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Celebrate the art of regional Indigenous artists at a special celebration for the “Visions from the Land: Native Interpretations” exhibit, which runs through March 26. Special events on March 18 include Indigenous storytelling in the round; a panel discussion with the artists; guided gallery tours; and a chance to meet artist Ramona Morrow, recognized nationally for her beadwork, jewelry and cattail dolls.

Advance registration is required ($15 for ages 16 and older, free for members and ages 15 and younger), which includes light Indigenous-cuisine hor's d'oeuvres and beverages, and includes admission to the Arboretum. Indigenous peoples receive waived general daily admission to the Arboretum when making a reservation by calling 612-301-6775. When calling, please specify that you'd like to attend the celebration.
