About the 4-H Dairy Barn Project: Stevens County 4-H is building a multi-purpose dairy barn on the fairgrounds in partnership with the Fairboard, St. Mary’s and the West Central Cattlemen’s Association. The barn will be used during the fair to house the 4-H Dairy animals, a demonstration dairy herd, interactive educational exhibits, the shake shack and much more! Throughout the year, this facility will be used for many 4-H and community activities, such as shooting sports, animal science education and contests.
