Morning session

What is holistic negotiation?

In the morning session, we’ll learn about approaching negotiation holistically and apply this approach to our individual situations. Elizabeth will introduce to us to negotiation as a process and discuss negotiating strategies. How can we consider both outcomes and relationships during the negotiation process?

Practicing how to get what you want

The afternoon will focus on building skills in negotiating from multiple angles and perspectives. This session will include several practice negotiation scenarios and will provide practical assistance and constructive feedback.

Elizabeth Suarez' profile pictureElizabeth Sua’rez is an executive coach, speaker, and best-selling author. After climbing the ranks of corporate American, she authored the best-selling book, The Art of Getting Everything, and launched Negotiation Unleashed—a coaching and training platform for professionals. Through her workshops, books, and media appearances, Elizabeth has inspired many individuals to advocate for themselves and negotiate successfully for what they want in their professional and personal lives. Elizabeth holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell. To pay it forward, Elizabeth has spent many years mentoring Latina professionals and serving on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations. In 2018, she was appointed by the governor to the Colorado Minority Business Advisory Council.
