Nash appointed director of LCCMR
Becca Nash, Associate Director of the Minnesota Aquatic Invasive Species Research Center (MAISRC) has been appointed Director of the Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR). The LCCMR oversees and distributes approximately $50 million to environmental projects annually through the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund.
Nash has served as MAISRC's Associate Director since its founding in 2012. She has been an integral component in establishing the administrative structure of the Center, expanding its reach through communications, events, and outreach, overseeing renovations of the state-of-the-art lab, and much more.
Her dedication, hard work, and positive attitude will be greatly missed and all of us at CFANS wish her the best.
