Grazing educator slide library released

The Midwest Perennial Forage Working Group (MPFWG) has released a new Grazing Educator Slide Library at greenlandsbluewaters.net/Perennial_Forage/. The slide library originated from a 2015 project that produced a series of six webinars for grazing educators in the Upper Mississippi River Basin. Top grazing educators from Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin developed the webinar content and delivered the presentations, sponsored by MPFWG and the Pasture Project of Wallace Center at Winrock International. Educators involved agreed to make their presentation slides available to other educators. The slide library home page, greenlandsbluewaters.net/Perennial_Forage/grz_ed_slide_library.html, features a very brief survey to collect contact and affiliation information from educators who want to use the slides. Midwest Perennial Forage Working Group is part of Green Lands Blue Waters (GLBW), greenlandsbluewaters.net. GLBW is a partnership of universities, producer associations, environmental groups, agricultural businesses, and government agencies working toward high-efficiency agriculture using Continuous Living Cover to improve farm economies and water quality in the Upper Mississippi River Basin. Green Lands Blue Waters is hosted by the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resources Sciences at the University of Minnesota.
