In Memory: Professor Emeritus Dale Dahl

Professor Emeritus Dale Dahl received his Ph.D in Economics from the University of Minnesota in 1964. Dahl served for 39 years as a professor in the Department of Applied Economics and adjunct professor of law at the University of Minnesota Law School. Areas that most interested him in his teaching and research related to agricultural marketing and price analysis and agricultural law. He was past President of the American Agricultural Law Association. and received an AAEA award for outstanding policy research. He wrote extensively for law reviews and economic journals and co-authored an undergraduate text on market and price analysis.
