Malikarjunan receives Outstanding Service Award

University of Minnesota Food Science and Nutrition Department Head Kumar Mallikarjunan was recognized at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting and Food Expo with the IFT Food Engineering Division Outstanding Service Award. The award acknowledges his many years of service and leadership to the division. He received the award during the Food Engineering, Food Packaging and Nonthermal Processing social on June 26.
