The research highlights the importance of cooperation of the Russian forestry industries for conserving this endangered species. His research can be found here.

Dr. Olivia LeDee ('05 M.S. & '08, Ph.D. Conservation Biology) was appointed co-Chair of the Advisory Committee on Climate Change and Natural Resource Science. This committee advises the US Secretary of the Interior on science priorities and implementation related to climate change.
Ryan Katzfey ('08) accepts new role with Unilever
Ryan Katzfey ('08) has accepted a new role as a food scientist on the Talenti gelato brand for Unilever. He has been workingon the Breyers brand with Unilever since November 2012.
Abby Powell (‘92) recently selected as the Leader of the USGS University of Florida Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit
Abby Powell, ('92, Ph.D. Wildlife Conservation), was recently selected as the Leader of the USGS University of Florida Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit. Her former position was Assistant Leader of the U Alaska Unit in Fairbanks. Dr. Powell research focuses on developing strategies for both population and ecosystem-based conservation for marine birds.
