Did You Know

The University of Minnesota has its own student-run organic farm housed right on the St. Paul Campus. The organic farm, known as Cornercopia, is designed to give students  early experience and training in the production and marketing of organic food products. Every season, students produce 100+ varieties of fruits and vegetables and market them on the Twin Cities campus.
