Al Juhnke ('96) will take over as executive director of the Nebraska Pork Producers Association
“We are very pleased to announce this appointment,” said Scott Spilker, president of the association, which is based in Lincoln, Nebraska. “Al will bring leadership and creativity to the Association. He has an extensive public and private agriculture background and is experienced in public policy,” Spilker said in a news release. Al Juhnke ('96, B.S. Soil Science) has experience which includes over 30 years of executive planning, administration, communications and marketing in the agriculture sector. He has served as ag, energy, and environment adviser to U.S. Senator Al Franken since 2011. Prior to joining Sen.
