Nutrition Minor

Nutrition explores how nutrients—and the foods from which they are derived—aid the body in growth and development, and in maintaining health and wellness. With growing national and international concern for how foods and nutrition affect human health and occurrence of disease, the field of nutrition is expanding.

All minor requirements must be taken A-F (unless only offered S/N), and students must earn a grade of at least C- in each course in the minor. If you have questions, please contact the Minor Coordinator listed below.
