Department Head Position Profile

The faculty work in a variety of fields including molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology, physiology, and clinical nutrition. Food Science research areas include food chemistry, food safety, food microbiology, dairy science, food sensory and flavor research. Nutrition research includes clinical and community nutrition as well as biochemical and physiological nutrition.
