Last year an email was sent from Dean Levine about setting a new standard for including a diversity component in all performance reviews. The CFANS Office for Diversity and Inclusion and CFANS Human Resources partnered with central Human Relations and the Office for Equity and Diversity to develop a workshop for supervisors to assist in building diversity goals into the performance review process.
This workshop session on diversity in the performance review process took place on Wednesday, March 2, 2011. Faculty and staff from the College were invited to attend in-person or over UMConnect. The video links below are recordings from the first and second half of this workshop session.
We encourage those who were unable to attend this session to view the presentation and look over the materials below to gain a better understanding of how to begin your discussions around the value of diversity in our work.
