This minor provides students with an opportunity to broaden their expertise in the area of water science. Students can choose from a number of electives, and with careful planning, the minor may help meet the requirements necessary for becoming a Hydrologist I (Hydrogeology or Water Resources) in Minnesota. Students in the Environmental Science major who chose the water resources emphasis are not eligible for this minor
