Transfer Guides

Before you become a CFANS student, it's important to know which of your completed courses will transfer into the CFANS curriculum, or fulfill the U of M's liberal education requirements. The two tools listed below will help you understand how your courses transfer to CFANS and the U of M.

Before transferring, prospective transfer students are strongly encouraged to complete ALL available 1000-level chemistry, biology, and math courses that are required for your designated CFANS major.

Minnesota State Schools, Transfer Guides for 2013–2014

The CFANS Course Transfer Guides are being updated. Because our curriculum changes every year, be sure you consult a current Transfer Guide before registering for fall 2014 classes. To receive a current guide for your school, contact Alyssa Kotzian, CFANS Transfer Admissions Counselor, at or 612-624-3220.
