Food Science

The Food Science minor explores food safety as well as the chemistry, microbiology, physics, and engineering principles behind the production and development of food products. This is a relatively flexible minor that complements a wide range of studies.

All minor requirements must be taken A-F (unless only offered S/N), and students must earn a grade of at least C- in each course in the minor.
