Food Systems and the Environment Minor

This interdisciplinary minor is limited to non-CFANS students who want to learn more about agriculture, food systems, and the environment. The minor is flexible and has many courses to chose from. This allows students to tailor the program to their interests and goals.

All minor requirements must be taken A-F (unless only offered S/N), and students must earn a grade of at least C- in each course in the minor.

If you're interested in pursuing this minor, or if you have questions about it, please contact the Minor Coordinator listed on the right side of this web page.
