Benefits and Deliverables:
The exhibit has the potential to inform a large portion of the 800,000
annual visitors to the Science Museum about renewable energy and the
environment.
Description: This prairie maze at the Science Museum of Minnesota will be both a working biomass and carbon sequestration demonstration project and a public exhibit about renewable biomass energy, ecosystem biodiversity, and other ecosystem services of value to society. It will present, in a fun, interactive, outdoor environment, information on the full environmental and economic costs and benefits of renewable energy and energy conservation.
