1. Review the appropriate guidelines (for Mentors or Students) to:
- Determine your eligibility for the program,
- Become familiar with program expectations and your role/responsibilities, and
- Develop goals for a successful mentoring relationship.
2. If you are eligible to participate, complete the appropriate online application. Mentors can apply at any time. The application deadline for students for the 2008-09 program is Friday, September 25, 2008.
3. By applying to the program online, you have agreed to participate and will receive additional information regarding your mentor match and the upcoming program activities. The committee plans to complete the matches by mid-October, 2008.
4. If you have already completed an application form and wish to make updates, go to the online application page and select either the student or mentor update option on the left side of the page.
5. We will make every attempt to match the mentors and students according to your selected preferences. In the event that we cannot find a suitable match, you will be informed of the situation. |
