Borlaug's E.C. Stakman Graduate Student Fellowship Endowment Fund
Norman Borlaug has led the efforts to establish the E.C. Stakman Plant
Pathology Graduate Fellowship Endowment. This endowment will ensure
opportunities for education and training for future plant
pathologists.
As Borlaug said, "Plant pathologists are among the most broadly
educated and versatile scientists in agriculture. We play a pivotal
role in the production of food and fiber for all societies. We need to
continue to educate and train plant pathologists for the challenges
that face our planet in the 21st century."
Norman E. Borlaug Fellowship for International Agriculture
The Norman E. Borlaug Fellowship for International Agriculture provides financial support for graduate fellowships in the Department of Plant Pathology in the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences.
