Favorite memory of campus: I loved the 'green' of St. Paul campus and enjoying a lunch from Lori's in the sunny grass.
What are your goals for the future? I hope to keep learning, enjoy what I do, and to someday make a tiny corner of the world better.
What do you love about your work and your field? What's your passion? I
strongly believe in the importance of sustainability as well as the
power of the media. I love that I get to work with both to possibly
effect change.
What advice do you have for current students (and future alumni)? All
around you are professors rich with knowledge, classes to expand your
horizons, and a community spanning all walks of life. Take advantage of
all the opportunities that the University offers.
How did your education at the U of M help prepare you for what you are doing today? I
learned simple things such as how to multi-task, not procrastinate, and
ask for help. Beyond that, I learned to think outside of my box while
recognizing that the box exists - and always will.
