 | Brian Buhr
Brian Buhr is a Professor and holds the E. Fred Koller Chair in Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota. He joined the faculty in 1992. He teaches two courses: Commodity Marketing and Futures and Options marketing. His research is primarily in the area of commodity marketing and information systems, including assessing the economic impacts of traceability in supply chains, and the development and use of contracts in supply chain management in addition to other areas. Brian grew up on a crop and livestock farm in northeastern Iowa and received his PhD in Agricultural Economics from Iowa State University.
