Funding and Infrastructure

The annual agricultural state special research allocation in FY 10–11 is $29.7 million and the Extension Special Allocation is $15.9 million. The university receives this financial support from the State of Minnesota as a match to federal capacity funding for Agricultural Research and Extension programs. CFANS receives 78.5% of the agricultural state special research allocation and 30.3% of the Extension state special.
