Requests for Proposals - Infusing Experiential Learning and Interdisciplinary Perspectives into Curriculum
During Spring 2011, CFANS faculty voted on and approved several new policies related to undergraduate education. These policies are geared toward enhancing the student experience and providing new opportunities to engage students in their learning based on best practices and pedagogies identified in the research. To support implementation of these new policies, CFANS has dedicated $1 million over the next three years to help faculty (1) redesign existing courses to enhance pedagogy surrounding experiential or interdisciplinary education, or (2) create new courses designed to provide opportunities for experiential or interdisciplinary education. Please visit the Pathways to Discovery Request for Proposals Website for additional information and resources for faculty interested in developing an RFP.
